Kyoto Ramen Bar
234 East 9th Street, East Village, NY 10003Rich, soul-warming ramen crafted with obsessive attention to detail. Our tonkotsu broth simmers for 18 hours, extracting every ounce of flavor from premium pork bones. Each bowl is assembled with precision: perfectly springy noodles, chashu pork sliced to order, marinated soft-boiled egg, and crispy garlic chips. Vegetarian miso option available.

Ramen perfection
The tonkotsu broth is incredibly rich and creamy. Chashu pork melts in your mouth. Best ramen I have had outside Japan.

Cozy noodle spot
Spicy miso ramen with extra noodles is my go-to. Small space so expect a wait on weekends.
